Both cat furniture looks amazing in my house, well built and good design, I am impressed with how the wood so smoothly, the cushions are so soft(it's machine washable). This is a very sturdy piece of furniture that won’t tip over. My cats are 10 to 15 pounds and it works for them. Also very easy to assemble and well made, looks so good in my living room.

I like the wood because it won't get hair embedded in it and it's easy to clean up. The cushion for the cubby are removable so you could wash them if needed. The cubby is a nice size, the product pics make this tree look very small, but it's big enough even my fat cat likes going in it.
